Elizabeth is on fire to help our next generation of leaders soar with confidence, empower women leaders and inspire companies to move forward knowing their competitive advantage is always a direct result when there is diversity and women leaders are in key decision-making roles.

After 15 years of leadership experience, Elizabeth launched Move Performance Consulting in 2006, offering performance consulting, training and executive coaching to local and global organizations. EJC-MOVE was launched in early 2017 focusing on providing public, high-impactful leadership development for small to midsized companies and individuals. Why? Elizabeth and her team believe everyone should have access to robust leadership development.
