Attendees and exhibitors will be required to provide one of the following to enter the venue:
provide proof of vaccination record, demonstrating one was fully vaccinated at least two weeks in advance of attending the conference, a PCR negative test result 3 days prior to the conference or a rapid covid test within 24 hours of the conference or an on-site COVID-19 negative test result in order to attend the conference. This requirement is in accord with applicable federal and state law.
All conference attendees will receive an email from CrowdPass to begin the screening process. If you have not, please check your spam or promotions folder.
All event attendees will be asked to upload their documentation to CrowdPass – a software platform specifically designed for large indoor events – so we can pre-screen and expedite your entrance into our event. The CrowdPass system will require you and your guests to answer health questions, upload your vaccination card or take an on-site COVID-19 test.
Do we need to arrive at a certain time to take a Covid test pre-entry? If the attendee is testing onsite, it is suggested to arrive 45 minutes to an hour before their entry time. This allows them to register, test, and the result to be read (15 minutes to process).
Is there a cost associated with taking the test? Yes, there is a cost - Each onsite Rapid Test has a cost of $30/Person
Is there a deadline for which vaccine reports and negative covid test results should be uploaded to CrowdPass? Vaccines can be uploaded for review up until 3 hours prior to the event. Negative test results by a CLIA lab can be uploaded up until 4 hours prior to the event. Anything onsite does not need to be uploaded for verification as the nurse onsite will act as the individual verifying them.
